Kate is a writer and author whose writing has appeared on Verywell Mind, Medium, Tiny Buddha, and several other major publications. She has a special interest in Positive Psychology and the benefits of journaling, and her guided journal was reviewed and endorsed by former This Morning’s BACP and BPS member registered Psychological Therapist. When she’s not busy parenting her two little girls or researching and writing articles for her three websites, Kate spends her time running and satisfying her sweet tooth with anything biscoff-flavoured.
